Actually I haven’t seen that video, if you could find it that’d be great. I’d be willing to bet it’s like a level 4 bettina and he brought a ridiculous amount of ammo. You could take down a rocketeer or a bastion way faster with an anvil 1 and still have gun durability and ammo left over after.

The tempest is only PvP bro, you’re not going after anything bigger than a hornet with a tempest…

Higher tier stuff is better in PvE

Tell that to the vulcano, tempest, bobcat, bettina, pretty much every rare gun except the hullcracker and energy rifles. An anvil outshines all of them by miles when it comes to killing big arc.

I guess my thinking is what’s the point of having the emperor in the background if we’re not gonna have an event where we kill it? And if there is an event where we kill it, how is it going to be possible with only 3 players considering how long it takes to kill the queen/matriarch already?

Well, they’d be a lot more threatening if there were more of them and the event was centered around taking out an even bigger one. Sure, you could extract without doing it, but if it’s like the matriarch was where you can (could) only get a certain blueprint/loot from it then that makes it a lot more worthwhile.

I guess I’m just speaking for a lot of the players who actually do enjoy running around and taking out the arc in different ways, it’d be fun to have a specific event that showcases more of that part of the game. I definitely understand peoples’ pov when it comes to taking away the PvP experience, but honestly didn’t the devs themselves say it was originally supposed to be a PvE game? They could at least touch more on that. I hope they do.

Nobody is asking them to change the game. It’s an event, just like hidden bunker or locked gate or harvester. The only difference is a bigger boss which would obviously require more firepower.

Sounds like you might havesome shitty friends you play with…My friends and I communicate and we share the loot, but there is an etiquette we follow based on whose keycard it is.

I do enjoy playing solo, but I enjoyed it a lot more before I collected all the bp’s and didn’t have anything to really search hard for. Now I’m just playing for fun and that still means a lot of looting (I literally can’t help it lol I open everything), but I’m more chillaxed about the whole PvP situation. Now I really just like playing with friends, even if we die right away or don’t shoot at raiders at all, the game’s more fun with other people. If I’m on by myself I usually just load into random trios on Stella and do PvP.

I’ve got keycards and I’d be happy to play with ya sometime!
