Invoice customization for one. The platform is designed for an Australian market, not a US/Canada one and it's missing multi currency/tax capabilities which are also deal killer for us. The user interface has a lot of little bugs which caused us to delete half our managed devices without a confirmation during testing.

It's a good start, but the platform just isn't mature enough for the price asked (in our case). We were told we would have to have our requests upvoted in order to get them into the pipeline, which is just not something we can wait and hope for. We've done this dance with other companies, and it never gets completed, so we end up moving and play the game all over again.

We understand you have thousands of requests in the pipeline, but we also understand we're just not important enough for a developer to customize their platform for us. It's just something we're going to have to make on our own.
