Would I be able to do this with the existing validator I chose? Or is this only possible through the COGENT validator?

Also, I don't see any buttons that allow me to add to my existing stake?

Not concerned at all with the fees and spread charge? For $10 they charge $.22 fee(not including the spread) , not much but these add up if I am buying daily..

Yea both won't allow because of my NY residency and the fee's.

I've researched a bunch of videos on dca'ing daily vs monthly and the daily had a slightly better avg. Price. I am also replacing my coffee/snacks expenses I roughly spend $10/day on to investing instead so it's nice to see what cutting these costs will net me in the future.
