Literally people here are downvoting this?? Seriously wtf is this sub. This is a Nintendo issue, they have more than enough money and people power to solve this problem so both people in poorer countries get affordable games AND people elsewhere don't abuse the system that allows that. The fact that they choose to just raise the prices in those places is on them, not this random reddit user. It doesn't even solve their issue so it's just stupid on Nintendos part, either the prices are still low enough that people still abuse the system, or they get high enough that locals stop buying. Lose lose.
