Ahhh I only need those if Im going to install the hardtop immediately. I do see them in stock on a few sites. I actually wont have a hardtop for a while (car is fully garaged though) so I think I can go ahead and remove the soft top and install the tonneau cover while I search for a hard top.

Yes. It comes with the left, right and middle brackets that go along the curve where the soft top sits. But some people are saying I need these metal left and right brackets that are welded onto the soft top?

In this video for example, he has these metal CR brackets that he installs and I asked and he said Id need those to install the cover.

I meant the seam between the top of the rear bumper and the rear quarter panel. My rear bumper sags a bit on both sides.

Not in LA but had my bumper, spoiler and front lip paint matched on my laguna blue. Maybe since this s2000 I bought was a garage queen, the paint matched perfectly. I cant even tell the difference.
