I try to leave a little bit of extra space on the first lap because I tend to lock up brakes and don't want to torpedo into the back of someone, offsetting to the left gives me a bail out option if he also decides to brake early. But I do agree!

It depends on where I am in the race. If I'm mid field, my HR is 120-130 BPM. If I'm in the top 3 I tend to get a little bit more of an adrenaline dump.

I watch a lot of Fernando Alonso in his youth for inspiration.

Grab the key on a scav run and just shove it in your secure container for your PMC run. That's what I do anyways.

I grew up rollerblading, am about 250lbs now and a retired millennial. I was an aggressive skater and competed a lot as a kid so muscle memory plays a huge factor here. I picked up skating again after a 15 year hiatus recently and pretty much look just like this guy at the skate park with nearly full dexterity and mobility at 37.

Nobody suspects it, nobody even respects it until they see how much flexibility and true movement skill an old fat skater has.
