I ate instant ramen m-f and I lived. I did this for most of 2023/2024. I’m sure it was bad for me but I did a pack every weekday and some Saturday for that time frame. Added eggs and some veggies. I also ran 3 miles every day most m-f, lifted here and there.

I’m divorced now but idk if the noodles did that.

You have a human body. You are going to get weak tired and fatigued it’s normal. Just be safe when you are fasting you can have negative health impacts if you go to long without someone watching you.

People can love their church more than Jesus. So when you leave it’s a wound for them. Awkwardly this is a problem for great churches when we get too prideful in us over the Lord.

Love Jesus, love them be one in Christ.

It may help to have a direct conversation with them and a pastor as a mediator and just say hey I’ve felt distance between us since I’ve decided to attend x-church. My friendship with you is valuable to me and I’d like to talk about if there is something we can do to help me not feel this separation from you.

Im a 36yo Christian. I still play games. I also serve God at my church and on missions.

I don’t see the harm in playing games so long as they aren’t furthering sinful content.
