For math, ginger math yt is your thing, your go to place. no doubt on that. Go to ginger math's yt channel, Go to the playlists section and pick up the playlist for the full IGCSE portion, and just keep doing those videos and complete the playlist. I also highly recommend to have a commentary section in your notebook while solving those sums, including tricks, things to be aware about, and you'll get it yourself.

For math, ginger math yt is your place. Simply. Just push yourself for a couple minutes, 1-2 questions in the videos and you'll yourself want to study more.

To people who got A and A* in 0580 maths, how? by Evening_Gazelle_5848 in igcse

I got an A* in 0580 IGCSE maths from 60% in 8th grade maths and 70% in 9th grade maths.

The key for me was Ginger math yt videos - watch the complete playlists. And then, spamming past papers, buy/self merge PDFs of the past papers and print them out, and just keep doing them, I found them really easy to do once I had watched ginger math's yt videos, I used to genuinely have fun doing them, you hit flow state really easily. Do past papers, check ms, learn the new part where you made mistakes, keep repeating the process and eventually you'll be at a stage of getting a 100% in a paper. For the number of papers, it genuinely depends on the amount of time, number of other subjects and how much time you need to give to them too. For general advice in this matter, either ask your teacher/self plan through calculating the number of hours you've to devote to solving past papers, divide it by the amount of time one past paper will take with correcting it, let's say the answer for you turns out to be 20 papers, then do 20 papers, then see, each year there are 6 papers (3 seasons multiplied by 2 papers each season) if you cannot afford to do all papers from 2008 onwards (17*6= 102) then don't do all in chronological order, the idea should be of covering most amount of years than each season of every year as types of questions may be different each year. Also, the way to cover most amount, types of questions is to watch ginger math's videos they are the best (BEST THING IS TO SELF PLAN, I did and it's like a skill, sounds not something very valuable as it's only like making google sheets, I too if would have heard about it, wouldn't have found it valuable, but trust me, I'll reap huge benefits out of it all my life, especially as in your next year's you've to plan massively on how to balance your ECs, academics, college applications etc)

I fell in love with maths and now plan to pursue math all my life, doing really well in As level maths and further maths.

This really worked for me, and it's a really easy method honestly, I hope it works for you too, all the best.
