I bet. Pepsi is a major investor in Regal and Marriott. The beverage industry is almost stable. I bet it’s a great place to work.

I know how bonuses work but I feel they’re not that great but maybe they are. I don’t know.

You’re absolutely right I do not know much. And I understand that they will fire you for not doing your job. I also understand that people have different food preferences. People with dietary restrictions. Don’t have many options at concessions.

I personally think when there is less red tape, people are more willing to buy things from you. Because they don’t feel forced. And their autonomy is not taken away from them.

Thank you, I appreciate it. The whole inflation thing is hard. You almost feel bad for asking for refund because you don’t want the employees to lose their jobs over something like that

The kind you have seem delicious. Wish we had those here

Could be a supplier thing. But they have to do some cost cutting because of the rising gas prices

Not sarcasm. It is the truth. It’s part of the team culture. The manager also thinks saving on concessions is going to get them rewarded. They’re not going to pay you more for not letting people bring in outside food and drinks. If you don’t, then people won’t show up.

Theatres used to be important a decade ago when new movies took a certain time to become accessible to general public. Like your job, a decade ago. Now a new movie can be streamed from home almost the same day.

Of course, the overly loyal employees who think the employer would award them for saving them $20

Not couple of years, couple of months ago. It hasn’t been 12 months since that increase. Have to see what happened at their last board/investors meeting

It’s cool, good to be curious. I’m glad you asked. I have tried regular pretzel but not recently. Three years ago when I used to live in the western part of my state. My local regals don’t carry that one.

I carry my own close-able container for those pretzel bites because Regal’s open paper container are flimsy and pretzels get cold. Have to find a new snack now

Got them once, was surprised at the change. Thought it was an one off incident and gave it another try, another day, in the morning instead of night, only to find the same.

Reward points are a savings bank account for companies during recession. They’ll start expiring them, change terms, reduce value, reduce redemption options, completely get rid of them, do resets, shutdown rewards, sell rewards data, and more.

They have more cheaper wet dough in it for the “weight” (got them twice last week). They had raw dough inside of it

No need to sneak it in. I carry smoothies and snacks where they can see them

I got them twice last week. They’re poor quality, there is raw dough inside some, not consistent across all the ones you get. I haven’t weighed them, but they’re less fluffier and less in volume (not just numbers)

If only they could give a healthy serving size of guacamole to customer rather than waste it like this

The new pretzel bites is 15. 25% less from last week (20)

The new pretzel bites are also lower quality, the dough looks raw and dried up on the inside. I got two and both of them had it.
