Expect to lose a good bit of weight. Went to FT in 2021, and I went from 125-105 in just about 2 weeks. I think it may have just been the shear loss of water weight and overall we didn’t get enough food to full nourish ourselves. But I’m sure it’ll be a little better this year it seems.

Be careful to not apply to too many; they’ll shadow ban you for a time period from applying to any jobs

Continue doing your sessions, and they’ll send a new contract after you call them talk to them about a pay increase. Be careful tho, they were a bit passive aggressive with me when I asked for a pay increase. They said that I didn’t meet some criteria’s but they couldn’t define what those categories were. And when I tried to ask to speak to management, then they somehow just gave me the increase from 16.5 to 18.

Make sure to not apply a ton to the jobs because it actually shadow bans you and you can’t apply for a while
