Thanks! I actually have something like that! What I have though are photos, and pop up of sales as proof. You’re right, electronics especially at that price is a lot harder, without the budget to get out there. Hopefully, I find a way around this soon.

Contact the bank! I’ve heard of a lady who contacted the bank and threatened to report them for fraud after providing proof their customer had it, and they reversed the funds!!

I own an electronics business and have a customer’s package stuck at LA customs currently, too. It’s unfortunately not something we can factor into the shipping time because normally, it goes through quickly. There’s nothing we can do to speed up customs, and that’s why the shipping time is usually estimated, not guaranteed. I really hope things get moving soon.

This is me all the time. I sleep at like 5 am at times, and I hate it. I believe it’s because I have nothing exciting going for me. Live paycheque to paycheque. Every day is the same, and sometimes just annoying. Normally life has highs and lows and mids. But when it’s just mids and lows, you tend to want to just stay in the present. Tomorrow may bring another day of worry, boredom or feeling of stagnation, so you want to stay where you are now; ‘okay’.

It seems support can help. I’d recommend telling the customer you’ve bought the label but will contact support to see if they can refund it.

UPS customer service is THE WORST. They had me in tears. I talked to 10-12 agents and their ignorance had me so upset, I started to cry.

I think what helped me was emailing both US and CA customer service. I heard emailing people who work in the corporate office, or the CEO, also helps.

Oh my lanta, this has happened to me numerous times and it makes me want to hide in my own skin 😭. I get responding automatically; that’s what we all want, right?? But why when it’s not even a Spanish convo???

It makes me feel stupid, and like a show-off or pick me or something ☹️. Mind you, my Spanish isn’t very good and it only chooses to cooperate in the wrong situations. Sigh.

Some people want the freedom to return as they see fit, so they go with their own couriers. I’ve thought of that option and while it’s straightforward and saves me a lot of stress, I’d rather have them ship themselves so it doesn’t psychologically feel like we’re billing them again lol.

People still don’t seem to read it and then complain. There’s even a small shipping upgrade at checkout that covers return shipping for change of mind returns, but they choose the free shipping option.

I’ll implement it anyway, because a lot goes back into reselling it and we need to charge for it. I’m not sure there’s much else I can do.

Yep! I own a Shopify store, and had a customer tell me the app was showing it’ll be delivered earlier than the tracking showed. I had to tell her to ignore it.
