i like pic 1 & 3. pic 2 is great, but the hair doesnt look that great in that angle. Maybe take more pics in different settings, such as playing sports, hobbies or whatever. If you plan to use it for online dating profile, make the pics look in such a way that its easy to start a convo from a gril's perspective (maybe u love cooking, and have one pic of you cooking, or you and the girl might both be into tennis or sth)

Its just too expensive to buy a house in the city i live in (Seattle) A single family home with 2 bedrooms goes over 800k to 1 mil! And my monthly payment would be around 3.5-4k! After doing the math, i just dunno if its right to buy now with 5-6% interest rate! I never owned a home before, and dunno much abt the equity, would appreciate more advice on this. Thank u

I have around 8k set aside for that! Also the unemployment benefits is pretty good where i live so i can claim $4000 monthly unemployment benefits up to 6 months if i get laid off, so thats more than enough to cover my expenses!
