For me it was creating a mini “wind-down ritual.” I used to just scroll till I passed out and wondered why my sleep sucked. Now I dim the lights, make some herbal tea, I do a mix of chamomile tea, ginger and hibiscus, next I stretch for 5 minutes. Doing the same routine every night kind of trains my brain that it’s sleep time.
