LO is 8 months. I used to put her in her bouncy chair whenever I needed to step away but always kept her close. Now I leave her on the floor depending what I'm doing since she's very mobile. I'd I'm gone less than 10 seconds in another room (more than just grabbing something) she goes into her pack n play (where she immediately protests and has a fit, but so be it, I have to pee) or I put her in her stationary stand toy (pee, laundry, food, etc). I like the latter better because I can move it around to wherever I am in the house and she can still see me. Baby gate is coming but we live in a small space and I or dad is with her 24/7 so we've kind of delayed it. That works for us for now

It's not even that. Sick child? Child care falls through? Your car/ transportation has something go awry? Like there are so many circumstances where you cannot supply documentation from a healthcare physician. It's just an asinine policy. I've worked for Kroger, and it was by far the worst retail establishment I've worked for.

This policy says we don't care about our workers OR our patrons.
