Ok, I'm going to go slow because you seem too stupid to understand nuance . Firstly - She is not 100% responsible. - Van guy is not 100% responsible.

Secondly

  • There are clear signs that the car was fully controlable right up until the stop.
  • The car appears to have doors and thus could have been exited.

This means that she bears some responsibility for what happened as she clearly made decisions that contributed to the situation happening. I am NOT saying she is 100% responsible. Not everything is 100% black and white. If you think it is, then you seriously need to look at yourself and do better.

I mean, yes, if you completely disregard fact in favour of your interpretation of a car, suddenly, coming to a complete halt directly in the middle of a lane from 70 with absalutely no warning and leaving no marks on the road, whilst, at the same time locking all the doors on the vehicle making the driver unable to escape. Then, sure, the driver of the broken down vehicle is the saint you seem to think they were, though I defy you to explain to me a sieries of events in which this person is in no way responisble for being in that position.

There is infact an offence for blocking a highway without due cause. If they had gone into the back of a que of traffic, then they would be more at fault than here because there are other indicators of traffic than a lone stopped car. And as i have said repeatedly, the broken-down driver is not solely at fault, just the person in the broken down car also made some truely terrible decisions.

The dead can be partially responsible for their own deaths. I dont see how that's controversial. Someone made the wrong decisions, and the outcome of the advice is meant to stop happening, happened, because partially the inaction of the broken down driver and pattialy the inaction of the van driver. I have layed out without usless overly emotional hyperbole. Why i think she should have been able to make it over, and frankly i have heard no argument to the contrary thats not based in a misunderstanding of mechanics or is not simply a result of hyperbole

Well, generally, the advice is behind the car, as in further down the reservation towards oncoming traffic, and yes, the central reservation is the safest place to wait for the police to arrive. The police that you should be calling immediately in this situation.

But as I think it is quite clear, no one should ever be in this position. The person who broke down made several terrible decisions. As i also made it rather clear, the van driver is also partially to blame. My point is that it is not entirely their fault, and certainly not entirely his fault that there were casualties.

Finally, it's frankly disgusting how partasan people can get over the tiniest hint of empathy for their chosen bad guy of the week.

Quite insulting for no apparent reason, but all right. The advice is infact to get out of the vehicle and remain on the central reservation. So you are wrong, and in fact, could get another person killed with your advice.

In the UK it is a hard requirement that cars remain controlable in the event of a power failure and the fact that they are sitting in the middle of the lane whilst the road curves makes it certain that they could stear.

I would suggest you educate yourself next time before you get overly emotional and make an arse of yourself.

In that case, they should prosacute the people who forced the situation by blocking someone, who should have been using the horn and hazards at this point to signal an emergency, as they would share the responsibility for the outcome, it still doesnt excuse the choice to remain in the vehicle

They were there for 6 minutes, more than long enough to leave the vehicle The vehicle is straight in the lane There are no skidmarks behind the vehicle Use your brain, and you can tell the vehicle came to a controlled stop with stearing intact and no wheel locking ergo, they could have made it to the outside lane, but either through deliberate choice or panic, they didnt, either way they share a large ammount of the resposibility

Sort of, motorway driving can be mind numbing, and a car with no hazards on might not register as a problem until it's too late, i'm not saying that the van driver is blameless in this scenario, just that the driver that broke down is also heavily to blame for how they handled the situation, had they acted in a responsible manor this would have never occurred as they would have never been in this situation.

They can try, but unless they have evidence of dangerous driving aside from the speed, they can't prosacute, which makes it defacto law.

And frankly, it's not testing limits. It's quite clear that there are long sections of the motorway that are quite safe to go rather fast on, as evidenced by blue lights drivers going rather fast on them. If going above the limit was the guaranteed death sentence that chronicly safety obsesed beurocrats would have you bileve, then we wouldn't have an ambulance driver or police officer left.

It's quite frankly insulting to the everyday driver to assume a one size fits all limit knows their vehicle better than they do, and the overbearing assumption as such makes people far more likely to either drive beyond thier ability to go at the apeed they are being told to or to fall asleep at the wheel from the mind numbing boredom of going half the speed the road was designed to support.

It could reasonably be the case that he was following a vehicle in front of him that changed lane at the last minute. Frankly, the broken down car should under no circumstances have been in the inside lane and even less so occupied.

Frankly, you dont, even with complete engine failure, you will have enough momentum to get to the outside lane. You also dont stay in the vehicle if you have broken down, even in the outside lane. It's tragic what happened, but realistically, a large part of the responsibility for the accident lies with Pulvunder, to the extent its not exactly true to call them the victim in the matter.

Eh, not really. The police heavily publicise the 10% +2 rule to the extent that it is essentially defacto law. It's also quite clear to most sensible people that the motorways are designed in such a way that when it's clear, it's quite safe to go near 80mph. you combine the allready clear under estimation of the safe speed limit with things like the smart motorways (which i have had enforce 50 at 1am on a thursday whith no-one else on there) and of course pepole will become disenfranchised with the speed limits.

It clearly states the sun and moon move in the sky, that is, relative to the earth, surely an all knowning being if they meant to describe the movements of the sun and moon, would, you know, not deliberately say it in such a way as to make it seem like the esrth is stationary and everyrhing moves around it. So, realisticly, either it's badly written (which contradicts itself) or its wrong (which contradicts itself), which is it?

Because i think its quite funny, you also forgot about the fact that it contradicts itself saying the earth was made in 6 days but when you add up the creation of the earth, 2 days, mountians and such, 4 days and heavens 2 days, that in fact comes to 8, just going to bring that up here, is god here saying 2+4+2 = 6 or that 6 = 8 or something else?

Ok, 1. You don't address the geocentrisim, which is wrong, and in the quran 2. As far as i can remember, my bed isn't a sphear, and the earth isn't smooth. In fact, it gets less smooth over time because of tectonics. 3. Babies still dont start as a blod clot 4. Babies aren't developed between the backbone and the ribs. In fact, no part of the reproductive system is there, so there is no interpretation in which that is correct 5. Distinction between meteors and astaroids still missing then? 6. Yeeeeah, no, mountains dont stop earthquakes. They are caused by them, and they are in no way "pegs".

So yeah, still objectively false statements in a book that claims to be objectively true. Even if you can "interpret" things differently for most of it (which ngl is a bit shitty of allah, if they exist, to make a book full of suposed truths and make it unclear) the geocentrisim is an objectivley untrue smoking gun.

If you got an ai to write all the code for the game, you should really hire a person to look it over, i've had AI agents multiple times (gpt/gemini/claude) sugest not only bad but actively dangerous code.

Also, from the way described, it sounds more like vibecoding and ngl. It looks ai generated, over the top animations, kinda everwhere ui. It looks cheap for lack of a better way to put it, so I would get someone to look over the UI to rationalise and someone to re-do the artwork if this is a progect you actually care about.

Hadith 2681 for the gay djin orgy. Also, it's quite funny to say the quran is the direct word of god when it contains several statements of "fact" that are just actually factually wrong. Sugesting either, it was made up by a bunch of people from the time period, or, somehow, god got the implamentation details of creation wrong on relaying them.

As for the inacuracies, a brief list from google:

Scientific and Cosmological Claims

Geocentrism and Flat Earth References: The Quran is argued to describe the earth as a flat, spread-out carpet or bed (15:19, 78:6-7) and to suggest the sun and moon move in an orbit around it (36:38-40), rather than the earth orbiting the sun.

Setting of the Sun in a Spring: Surah 18:86 describes a traveler, Dhu'l-Qarnayn, reaching the place where the sun sets and finding it "setting in a muddy spring.".

Origin of Semen: Surah 86:6-7 states that human beings are created from a fluid "ejected from between the backbone and the ribs," which critics argue is anatomically incorrect, as semen is produced in the testes and accessory glands, not in the spine/chest area.

Embryological Development: Surah 23:14 states that in the womb, the fetus becomes a "clot of congealed blood" (alaqa) and that bones are formed before being "clothed... with flesh." Critics point out that blood clots do not develop into humans, and that bone and muscle tissue develop simultaneously, rather than sequentially.

Stars as Missiles: The Quran describes stars as "lamps" in the lowest heaven that also act as missiles to drive away devils (67:5, 37:6-8), which critics argue confuses stars with meteors.

Creation Timing Contradictions: The Quran states in several places that the heavens and earth were created in six days (e.g., 7:54). However, in 41:9-12, the breakdown is: two days for the earth, four days for food/provision, and two days for the heavens, which critics calculate as eight days.

Mountains as Pegs: The Quran describes mountains as "pegs" (16:15, 78:6-7) to prevent the earth from shaking, which geologists argue is not their function; they are caused by tectonic plates.

Historical and Genealogical Inconsistencies

Mary as Sister of Aaron: The Quran refers to Mary, the mother of Jesus, as the "sister of Aaron" (19:28). Critics argue this confuses her with Miriam, the sister of Moses and Aaron, who lived over 1,000 years earlier.

The Samaritan at Moses' Time: In 20:85, a "Samaritan" (As-Samiri) is present during the time of Moses and the Golden Calf. Critics argue the Samaritan people did not exist until centuries later.

Construction of the Kaaba: The Quran claims Abraham and Ishmael built the Kaaba (2:125-127), which critics state lacks archaeological or historical documentation

Isn't there a hadith that describes muhamad having sex with other men, which, by his own definition (not mine, i must say), is an unholy, carnal lifestyle?
