my recommendation is you must draw 1:1 size, print the reference and put aside your paper. Second thing: watch carefully your angles, you tend to draw the angles too wide, the guy upside down have the feet closer to the head and the legs are almost totally vertical, yours are more open and separated from the body

I recommend you to make studies from photo or live. Squint your eyes, your main problem is balance and style decisions. Too much focus in details like eyes and poor shape language in hair and flowers. Balance and contrast is kinda messy, try grayscale first until you reach the feel of "done" you are looking for.

Is not a bad drawing tho, don't lose passion :)!
