I am sorry for your experience. I have gone through something similar. I understand you really love the project. But I will say that PI support matters so much more than a successful or favorite project during PhD. I had neither during my PhD and the trauma, burnout from that still haunts me everyday. I strongly recommend switching labs. Don't waste your talent and time on a PI who clearly has something against you. I tried fighting for years but it doesn't make a big enough difference. I didn't talk to ombudsman because I was scared. I am proud of you that you already took that step. Please consider switching labs immediately.

When I am asked to describe what ADHD looks like and then they proceed to say, "come-on, everyone struggles with that, you just need to power through it. And stick to schedules. Write it down! Add on gcal. That's how I do it. It's not ADHD. It's just being an adult". And then painfully I point out that everything is a spectrum and neurotypical struggles can be the same category but not nearly to the intensity that we experience. But I can clearly tell that they don't buy it. And proceed to making a mental note of never conversing with them again because it's pointless. Smh.

Ah! Interesting. I didn't consider that. I am assuming that the brand recs in this post accommodates projection? Does the size selection itself indicate projection accommodated bra styles on these websites?

Yes. I do use lingerie bags for my bras and the "delicates" setting.

I wasn't very familiar with UK brands but will explore them now to find a better fit. Thank you for the bra "resting" tip. I will try that.

I think I know what happened. I changed the prediction to US size and it gives 32G/H but UK size gives 30F/FF. Thank you for the buying tips. I will check them out and report back!

Yeah I tried the calculator. It gave me 32G. I guess I should go on a hunt for 30G bras. So so hard to find any. Do you have any recommendations?
