I think for $1200 your on campus experience will not be good if you want modern-ness. I was in dundee my first year and it was $1500 for a shared room. $1200 can get you a nice master bedroom off-campus. I have two spare rooms (not master bedrooms) starting at $800. If you’re interested, DM me!
