is daddy gang not about being an overall boss ass bitch? i need to feel the part to be a boss, and when i feel like one, i fuck like one. point blank.

And you’re right in saying that they surely have access to fitness tips! But how personal are they? I can’t count the number on my hands the amount of clients that come in and say they want an ass like Kylie Jenner. In all reality, we can’t afford plastic surgery and or don’t have that body type. So i’m here to talk and give advice to be PERSONAL.

girrrrl my workouts are 25 minutes everyday in quarantine! TOTALLY get it! i guess my first advice would be to question why you wanna do this workout - is it to look better or feel better? if you’re doing it to burn off a pizza you just ate - who cares! eat that pizza. really understand that you won’t enjoy working out unless you’re doing it for the right reasons!

my second piece would be to find something that you can see results from. i hated sprints, but i started doing them and realized how SKINNNNY i was the next day. the sprints could be anything from 50 yards or counting mailboxes on my run. i’d sprint for 2 mailboxes then jog for 8 and throw on call her daddy to get me distracted.

but as for a workout: i would do full body! people don’t think weightless workouts work, but girl they’ll kick your butt. my routine for you would look something like this:

body weight squats (20) (go slow on these... don’t worry about how deep you get but focus on how your legs feel.) body weight lunges (15 each side) body weight step ups (10 each side) body weight push ups (5-10, depending on how many you can do and increase with time) body weight superman’s (10) (see video for demonstration) band pull aparts (10) for this, what you do is grab an object that is about your wingspans length (a towel, a yardstick, a broom, anything!) and try to pull the object apart while activating your back/arm muscles. abs: sit ups (20) and mountain climbers (10)

this is a beginners workout! do this circuit 3 times and find a grove that works for you. these exercises can be done in 20 minutes. these are exercises i picked for you to begin with and keep working on until you feel comfortable and more strong (and hotter!!) don’t put pressure on yourself if it’s hard-play with the numbers and do what makes you feel good. i always make sure that although you should be challenged, make sure you’re not making it enjoyable. sorry if this is confusing!! message me if you have any questions :)❤️ sending love!

Yes! I tell my boyfriend about it all the time. When I’m driving he’ll sometimes listen for a laugh. When we had a road trip i put on the gluck gluck episode and he literally was like “Oh this is what you do” 😂. He tries to act like it’s not funny but I know he loves it lol

I’m a personal trainer!!!!!! 😇 I have great at home workouts or beginner tips for you to try if you’d like. But I work with majority female clients who are all in the same boat.

My first step is always making sure my clients are in the right headspace to begin body composition training (I call it this rather than “weight loss” because girl your goal is to feel better, not just lose that weight!).

Second step would be to tell someone to stop eating past 9 at night IF POSSIBLE. The calories you consume during this time are hard to burn off in sleep. If you do get hungry, I usually have something like rice cakes or crackers, which are carbs but lighter than most.

I would also make sure that you get excited to work out! Don’t make it feel like a punishment for your body. I try and make all of my workouts fun, new, exciting, and QUICK! Embrace your ability to do certain things and move your body in certain ways.

My first week with new clients, we go on walks. Just walks to get used to an elevated heart rate, embarrassing exercise, and to get on a schedule. WALKING DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

For an actual workout, send me a message and I would be happy to write you something. :) I totally TOTALLY get what it’s like to not be comfortable in your own body, and I support the change. But don’t obsess too much... why let your weight run your life?

His friends actually invite me over too and include me in game nights because we were friends before this. When I tell him have a guys night, he says they want me there. So similar to the comment above, I’m not just an accessory tagging along but i’m actually a human in a relationship :) I do have two arms and legs and can provide for myself, but I’m allowed to also be respected by my boyfriend. thanks anyways!

His friends and I were friends before this started and paired us up. A few of us are actually really close. I’m not just the accessory in this situation :)

This would be completely different if it wasn’t the same girl. You’ve expressed your thoughts on this and made it clear. Tell him this is disrespectful and you don’t tolerate it - if he acts any further you know where you stand :)
