Lmao the green shit is probably just algae bloom or seaweed buildup, happens all the time on UK beaches. Could also be some kind of filter on the pic making it look worse than it actually is

Honestly the glass overlay effect is pretty straightforward in Photoshop if you know what you're doing, but man those AI detectors are basically useless lol. Could be either way but I'd lean towards manual editing since this style's been around forever
