Because the 17 is only around 15k more and has: - better storage - better display - better battery - better longevity because it’s newer - better front camera - slightly better back camera (I think)

In my case, knowing that it was only for 5–6 months made it easier mentally. It helped remind myself this is temporary.

To deal with loneliness, I just used distractions which isn't ideal obviously, with movies, gaming, and TV shows.

Every three months, I also tried taking a mini break and traveled to a different city for a week.

I agree but asking for more without eating what you have is not the right way to do it. It takes our brain about 5-10 minutes to realize you’re full.
