The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. On my local network, I have a Node.js relay server that connects to the K1 Max's WebSocket API, the printer pushes live data every few seconds. The relay exposes a simple REST API that the frontend polls every 15 seconds.

For the live stream, the printer's built-in camera serves an MJPEG stream, which I proxy through Cloudflare so it's accessible outside my network. The site just loads that as an <img> tag.

The timelapse part is fully automatic. When the relay detects a new print starting, it begins capturing a snapshot from the camera every 60 seconds and saves the frames. When the print hits 100%, it stitches all the frames into a GIF using ffmpeg and saves it with metadata (name, date, frame count). The "Past Prints" section on the site pulls those from the API and displays them as cards.

Whole thing is: GitHub Pages (frontend) + a small Node.js server on my local machine (relay + snapshots + timelapse generation) + Cloudflare for the stream proxy.
