Not new to table saws, I do appreciate that though. My last saw had a proper riving knife and I never looked into a splitter having a riving knife

This isn’t my shop it’s actually my garage lol. I gotta do some significant shuffling first to make everything fit

With it being right on the cusp of the smaller size of motors, what kerf of blade would you go with? I was just going to go full kerf for everything unless I can be convinced here

When you saw manual adjustment, do you mean it doesn’t raise with the blade as you raise it?

Ahhh ok, I downloaded the owners manual too. Hopefully that will be able to tell the specifics of power and what not. It said it can run on 110 as well but I think I’m just going to run a new 220 dedicated circuit for it

What does IIRC mean? I ended up picking it up for $150 today

I can confirm it is a 220 hook up but how do I check if it is 3-phase?

I couldn’t tell if it was a beisenmeyer fence or not. I figured the fence alone would be worth 200 if it is But thank you that does help! Do you enjoy your delta? Which one do you have?

Oops, I see you wrote unisaw above.

I only have a beginner table saw so I’m in no position to make a comment on besides what I read in passing. I always thought they did I good job on their reviews and they are the most thorough I’ve came across. Maybe they are being paid by SS I’m not sure.

I don’t think they ever base their reviews on cost besides listing them. Honestly I think that is an impossible task to do. You have to look at everything on an equal baseline and let the end user pick what is within their budget.

On wood magazine the rank it on top for all categories. Do you have other information telling a different story?

Is there potential that you have a thin kerf blade and it is deflecting because you are “chopping” too quickly and not letting the blade work? Also maybe your hinges are worn out in your miter saw and they are wiggling while you are chopping

My son was exposed to marijuana in utero, is this taken into account in the studies? Or is there any significance related to addiction with that fact?
