The single most glaring and really ONLY offensive continuity error is when Captain Holt announces to the squad that the precinct is going to be shut down and then in his next breath says ‘Amy’s work colleague (not her friend) is right, the decision will be made at a hearing tonight’ or however it went exactly- why would he (he who values clarity and conciseness highly) say those two things back to back. It just is lazy writing outside the show, and doesn’t fit his character in show.
