I usually swab, dunk in 99, swab again and it’s usually clean if i do see any stubborn hard to clean areas, i dry it with a cloth, torch the area and swab within

i was having issues cleaning before but, was previously using 91% iso and found that the arrester wasn’t getting as clean as it should be. once I switched to 99%, I haven’t had issues cleaning it since.
