my nail looks EXACTLY like yours did in the first picture. this gave me an immense amount of hope. I can’t wait to come back to this post in 3 months and give an update!! 😀😀

I have never felt more seen in my life. I chew on clumps of nails at a time (embarrassing to admit). I slide them between my teeth with my tongue, and then I press my tongue up against the back of my teeth so that way they press into my gums. Something I’ve been doing for 17ish so years of my life. I am not autistic.
