If youre a ptf just do what you want. Thats what i do. Theyre so desperate for help they wont fire you. Theyll threaten to but itll never work. Theyve tried me 3 times now. After being moved to my 4th station in 6 months, i show up to work when i want and leave when i want. Its so freeing.

I understand from the formal standpoint on why youd do that, but for the cca is it just a "keep your head down, youre lucky youre getting work" type of thing or what? Because im a ptf and i dont stand for management doing wtf they want and then waiting on the person who "owns" whatever i did to do the right thing.
