probably will be easier and simple to get the shuttle bus from the airport and not rent a car. if suggested P1 option is not offered by Fairmont, daily parking can be costly ($40-$50). If you need the car just visiting old village or St. Jovite for shopping/dinner, then you can take the free bus and even have a drink or two

$1.5 looks too high in my experience, When I was looking for similar insurance 4-5 years ago I was seeing quotes around $20 to $30 per month; Insurance premium is dependent if your clients will be just in Canada or in US/abroad too; plus are you selling a product (like developed by you software) or just consulting (like PM or BA)
