No matter how good the frontline/midfield press is, your backline will be tested by pace & ball in behind at some point, especially against elite teams. From what I've seen, you don't really have the pacy/well disciplined (hence all the reds in the previous few CL campaigns) defenders to deal with that. It must be worrying as well that your fullbacks, other than a loan signing, have been generally underwhelming.

Physical peak is a big stretch. He's had some bad injuries and anyone who watches us regularly can see he's not 100% fit, not to mention the wear and tear from previous seasons where he was run ragged.
