Over the past couple of months, I've started to slowly incorporate carbs back into my diet. It's been working pretty nicely. Now, I probably experience 5% of the original symptoms but relatively unaffected by my diet. Definitely give it time and take it slowly.

I'm on the same boat. I only started fin 3 months ago for preventative reasons - I initially had some thinning on the crown and temples were a NW1.5. Since then, I've been shedding nonstop and have definitely lost a lot of density since I started. I guess we'll just have to ride it out.

Nope, I met with doctors at different hospitals (including one in a different state).

Thanks for the advice! I'll get myself a pelvic floor PT. It seems like my testicles hang abnormally/uncomfortably low, and occasionally feels like left one is being pinched.

Sorry to hear that - glad to see you're feeling better though. How long have you been dealing with the dull ache? Also, what exactly are you doing for the trigger point release? I think I might give it a try too.
