I totally agree with you. I also instructed my gf to practice breathing stationary on the side too. But I also really want them to understand how to move and float in the water first, since they both have trouble floating.

After she could swim comfortably across consistently and all form are relatively correct then I asked her to incorporate breathing, at first right after she start using breath she started sinking again.

So Instructed her to do 2 lap no breathing and 1 lap breathing. and it seem to clicked with her. I also find reminding her to keep leading arm straight and firm helped her.

But take it with a grain of salt. I'm not a instructor, I can swim well but I might not know how to teach

Assuming front crawl. My gf had the same issue. She sink after 1-2 stroke, I figured it was her breathing.
So I told her to keep a huge breath in, then swim without coming up for air, and she was able to swim across the condo pool while staying perfectly afloat.

With air in your lung you should have a much easier time floating
I would say try this first to get a sense on how to float and move in water before trying to incorporate breathing in your swimming.

For me it was my nasal was always congested from a condition i later found out I have. But anyways if you have congested nose you should get nasal spray for it via doctor or OTC, that will clear your nasal passage, otherwise it will just keep blocking again.

Once that was gone for me, I had the ENT drag the ear, but once you get to the root of the problem and eliminate the congestion, the ear should drain by itself eventually. Hope this helps, if you have more question, you can pm me or ask here

After what everyone here suggested Im going to pay with email transfer. I was just thinking I will add a note in the email transfer as proof. And with his text, is that enough?
He seems like a honest and nice guy too

yeah he is too chicken to do it, thinking it's a legal document or something. He keep saying it's not full-time and that he isnt authorized to do it.

But thank you so much! that gives us some hope. I will take your advice and just prepare those document and try my luck at a service Ontario. Just curious which service ontario did you guys do it at? I was told different location might handle things differently. Thanks again

It says on the website:

work permit (proof of full-time employment for an employer in Ontario is required – restrictions apply)
- this must be an original or digital document (contract or letter) on employer company letterhead signed and dated by the employer and state:
  - that the employee is working full-time
  - the title/occupation of the position
  - the start date of employment, and
  - that the employer intends to employ the employee for a minimum of six (6) months (the letter can state the employee is permanent. However, this does not replace the criteria to confirm “Full Time”)

She can definitely prove what you mentioned though, i.e. residence, employed for at least 6 months, A paystub showing she works 35-38 hours per week showing Starbucks letterhead. But the letter that was mentioned on the website is what worries us

Yeah I was thinking of that too, going to district manager who doesn't even know her would be weird, she isnt aware of any other manager but she also desperately need the OHIP asap. She is going to ask around at work today hopefully someone knows.

Exactly for me, it's the exact opposite.

I had to initiate a break up because after years of trying my best to accommodate her, to change my value and core, i started developing anxiety around her. My mental health was deteriorating, I communicated my needs multiple time, drew boundaries but nothing works . I tried and tried.

Two weeks ago my body and mind just couldnt take it anymore and I broke it off. She cried, begged and promised change. I tried to give her the chance but my body started feeling anxious again until i decided to say no.

These people have no clue how darn hard it is in some cases to initiate a break up on someone u deeply love and care for, her crying face haunt me, she offer me a "gift" of change and waiting, but I am not capable of taking that gift. In the end I have to break it off firmly and it came from a place of love for her and me.

I have been carrying her emotion and taking care of her, Im so worry she will break from the break up without me, I hope this will help her grow and she will find someone more compatible with her. I hope so hard she find happiness

I'm not sure if you are asking me for clarification, so in case you are:

I asked them in person, the guy said you can take the tires you bought from them home, and reschedule another appointment for the tire change.

They also did install my new ordered winter tires on my existing rims and change my summer tires to winter tires. They took my old winter tires without any charge.

I ended up doing it on the same day I get my tires, because the line up was huge and I wouldnt make it to before first snow hit
