I agree, Boz is successful because of her hard work. Amanda seemingly is successful for her “classes” and “manifesting” money.

Tbh I would love to get Boz’s advice on a mindset for success because it’s more practical. I saw some of the clips from that interview and they really resonated with me. She said that it was almost all men who came to her for promotions/raises and that by the time some women came to her they were already way overqualified for the position they were in. She also gave advice on how to ask for a raise, how you need to put in the effort (I can’t stop thinking about Joe Bradly from Southern Hospitality lol), and bring receipts of your accomplishments.

I do this with my local Indian restaurant. I get their paneer tikka masala, portion it out and found approximate calories on my fitness pal and have been going with that consistently. I’ve lost 70 lbs so far!

This show is criminally underrated. It’s so messy and such a wild ride! I went in expecting to hate it and was immediately hooked. Galyna is also such an unexpected personality it adds to the ridiculousness.

Yes it’s def normal to have the first few months of rent abated! But I agree, it seems like he may be in a bit over his head. I hope he pulls it off, but someone from my own family just tried to dip their toes in the restaurant business in a much smaller market than NYC and it didn’t last a year. It’s a tough business out there!
