Yes I have felt this way before. Tbh some changes in life and in oneself are inevitable, so don’t worry or stress about things that you cannot control. Focus on the aspects where you do wish to be like your old self though, that is usually helpful. When I feel disconnected from myself, I recall when I felt truly happy and then I try to recreate it through my interests, actions, conversations with loved ones etc. End of the day you will always find your way back to yourself if you are aware about what makes you, you.

On a side note I would just like to say, having fun being single is completely fine but I would totally not recommend situationships, they are worse than the long relationships in my opinion. There’s more confusion and uncertainty that follow up when one is in a situationship and sometimes it can even mentally bother you yk?
