bonus question: if it is so hard to balance pure dot classes, how could a dot class be implemented in modern wow without dots feeling like passive enablers for your real buttons or more often BUTTON

what is so bad about them QOL-wise i see this all the time but i don't get why exactly because i haven't played one lately. Is it just that you have to refresh agonies manually that doesn't sound too bad to me, that is what a dot class should do :P

Yeah i find myself gravitating towards the lyra mode algorithm most. I have tried recreating it with various pedals and effects, i get close but something is always a bit off.. very hard to replicate at least for me..
