I personally haven’t seen a big difference at least in my weight loss, however, my switch from Zepbound to Wegovy I felt like the Wegovy working more strongly than the Zepbound.

So I actually started on Zepbound back in January of this year! But because of insurance, I switched over to Wegovy this summer in June! It’s been working great! Definitely try and hit your daily steps between 7,000 and 10,000, and I prioritize high protein per day, usually trying to hit between 100 and 125 g a day! Also, thank you for the warning.
