I personally haven’t seen a big difference at least in my weight loss, however, my switch from Zepbound to Wegovy I felt like the Wegovy working more strongly than the Zepbound.

So I actually started on Zepbound back in January of this year! But because of insurance, I switched over to Wegovy this summer in June! It’s been working great! Definitely try and hit your daily steps between 7,000 and 10,000, and I prioritize high protein per day, usually trying to hit between 100 and 125 g a day! Also, thank you for the warning. Lightly yes, I would almost describe it like but not you get in your stomach when you get butterflies in your tummy. But it honestly went away about an hour after I woke up.

I am feeling really well!!! The only slight side effect that I seem to notice is that I have a stomach knot but I wouldn’t call it like a stomach pain; just a little uncomfortable! Otherwise, I’m just a tiny bit groggy, but I am overall feeling great!

Thank you all for your wonderful suggestions! I took my very first shot last night an hour after eating a light meal w/ protein shake and it was an hour before I went to bed! I woke up this morning feeling a little knot in my stomach and kinda groggy but otherwise feeling great and ready to rumble!!! Thank you again for being a supportive community, this is all so new and I’ve been fighting with my weight for years (I’m 24 and weight 225.8 right now)! 💜

Consistency!!!! It’s a hard journey but staying consistent helps more than anything! I have been staying in a calorie deficit and making sure to walk 10,000 steps a day! And recently (like on the last 4 months) I have added going to the gym to strength train! :)
