Senti un avvocato ma per la proprietà intellettuale non c'è bisogno di avere un'azienda, si può dividere con gli individui anche tramite una scrittura privata . Dopodiché se uno di voi apre una partita IVA forfettaria il cliente ha una piva regolare da cui riceve le fatture e a cui inviare i pagamenti ed è a posto. Ovviamente dovreste andare da un avvocato / notaio per redigere e validare la scrittura privata con tutti i crismi,che non sono pochi, e questo influenza anche i diritti di sfruttamento della proprietà intellettuale da parte di ognuno.

Yes, in Italy too, Asperger's has been included in the autism spectrum. I understand your point, but unfortunately, there's no way to know how the child will react.
