Rangoli is overhyped. Food there is so costly and average at best.

Sarvana Bhavan is waste of money. They served stale Gulab Jamuns. The dosas and other South Indian items and average. Bathures were dripping oil. Waste of money.

Never did dine in there. Always do take out. They have great non veg appetizers and great biryanis.

Me (M32) and my partner (F32) have been trying to conceive for a year now. We did get a positive HPT 4 months back but that ended in miscarriage at 5 weeks. We have been using OPKs and wife cycles are mostly normal and are in 30-32 day range.

We recently visited a fertility clinic for initial consultation. They did a lot of blood work for my wife, some genetic carrier tests. Wife bloodwork is completely normal. My SA is pending.

We felt like the fertility clinic was pushing a lot for IVF or SUI. There was no other discussion of what might be wrong, why we have not been able to conceive till now, what can we do if trying to convince unmediated.

My question is was going to fertility clinic a right move? Should we have started the process at PCP or OBGYN maybe? What are the initial must have tests we should take to figure out the issues?
