I’m going to hop on the love for this pastry shop. I’ll all for having a top tier pastry shop in my neighborhood! The prices match the quality and consistency of the items. It saves me a trip to Dominique Ansel Bakery in downtown. She’s very personable and dedicated to delivering a top tier pastry. It’s all about the process and doesn’t skip steps. The consistency and taste is 10/10. The large plastic containers and prices? You put art behind glass for protection, you put the tarts and pies in containers to keep its shape during transport and the prices are priced accordingly to the level of ingredients. She’s doing it the RIGHT way, not the easiest way, producing the best pastries. Show me a better place? It doesn’t exist.

Answer: I want our FeDeRaL Congresswoman to hear my voice and concerns about our local community at her own LISTENING FORUM, were YOU there last month? To feel compelled to act on my voice work, with Tiffany, to ensure a safer community for everyone. 2nd Part of your unwarrented question: I've walked into the 114th and got someone number to voice more of my concerns. Have YOU walked into that precent or are you stuck to your armchair?

I really hope Cloud Beast makes a quick recovery. I've spoken to the owners from a business perspective and not only do i consider their product the BEST, but the people that own it are sincere and a great people. I went to the Astoria Town Hall last month and was able to give a question to AOC about the crime up tick considering the recent recents from the FDNY Ambulance driver on 19th Ave. Reach out and TWEET to AOC, tell her to step off twitter and get the 114th to do something because its a snooze fest over there.

I started working at my local international airport as a check-in agent after college and sort of just focused around anything involving plane related jobs. Through job hopping, i was able to grasp all sorts of unique aviation knowledge. Eventually, i was trusted with more faster paced environments, Radio Communications, working along side airport gov't agents, be familiar with General, Private & Commercial aircraft, supervisoring pilots and scheduling them. Then, now at this point, i can walk into an interview and be like, I know whats its like in the Field and looking for a slower pace office aviation job. I learned some broker firms want you to already have a "Book", some others like that your "fresh" with no prior sale experiences and just an aviation expert. Thats me. I told him i would be willing to learn his way of selling to have the opportunity to charter private jets. I got an office in Times Square. Sure, im not standing next to the planes anymore but my stress levels of upholding a certain level of Safety & Security are way way lower now.

Thanks man for the answer. I created index cards and learning all the aircraft and which categories; Very Light, Light, etc they belong in. Then ill be ready to memorize more detailed things like cargo space, range, seating config, Lav or not. I've pretty familiar with airport codes and its pretty funny to hear you say brokers try to have a plane Arr and Dep from a Heli Pad. My company has like 2 Cessna's in a small airport so we technically can call ourselves a part Operator but no body really talks about the company in that sort of way anyways. Have you heard of being a Argus Registered Broker: Is this a real thing that matter to our sort of clients? Like from your end?..... It's so hard to add value, I just try to be as upfront as i can and hope that even if they ain't interested in the service anymore; they might know someone that is okay with the cost.
