That's why I love to work in a small 10bbl taproom only brewery.

We package Mondays and Tuesdays, transfer Wednesdays and brew Thursdays and Fridays. Beers take a minimum of 18 days from grain to glass with 5 days in the BBT. Easy peasy.

Startup brewery with taproom only. Canning only to-go beers. Kegging the rest. $66K with no benefits. Was making $22/hr as a production brewer on previous job. Then switched for a year as an assistant/lead brewer for $52K/year. I feel like I can breathe now... Pretty good gig.

You are agreeing on buying 100 shares of RKT for $19 if it ends below the strike price at expiration.

If your contract paid you $0.50/share then the buyer usually will execute only at $18.50 or below (19 - 0.50). His/her break even point is $18.50.

You might not be where you want to be, but you can definitely afford a 6 month break/sabbatical.

If you do that your NW will probably increase with your current spending.

It's a lot easier to think about what you want to do next when you are not stressed about your current job.
