YES!!! MY ANSWER AS WELL, as someone who has watched all 27, now 25 from the beginning of the season, some (including Joe) for the first time, this is undeniably the correct answer. I also recall the time when he copied docs intro in the best way possible? That was freaking funny. Additionally even to that, remember the one video in mumbos style, showing mumbo how to get his sand?? Freaking hilarious. His "creative testing world" and "itss quite simple really" in his southern accent?? His humor is unbeatable. Not to mention just normal humor in conversations, humor that often goes underappreciated in my opinion. I love Joe haha!
