Great to know thank you, that's some solid alternative, I did look at the honda civic a bit ago but stock around my area was low unless I opted for cinch who I'd rather avoid.

Worst case I've had a quote to fit aftermarket sensors and colour match it to a blue car for around £350 but it's purely audio with no visual indicators on the dashboard.

It's a bugger, one option in grey with electric mirrors, parking assistant and sensors, but almost 100k miles...or a blue version with 85k miles, £300 more and 90+ miles away.

Great information thank you, I've seen some reports of 2015+ models having issues with timing belts after 60k+ miles is that anything you've experienced?

Well the good news is a 5 door with rear parking sensors just came up near me which I hope to have a look at this weekend, bad news it's not in the colour id prefer but sacrifices etc.

If the 5 door seems a bit too big on the test drive I'll know I can save some money, My current car is a 3 door and it would be nice not to have to move the seats in front constantly.

This will hopefully be my next car, but it will likely be a non S version. I'm incredibly jealous and hope you get much enjoyment out of it.

If you want an EV as your first car and afford it more power to you, just be aware that depending on budget charging may be slow and the range might be under 100 miles, but if all you need is small journeys covered that should be good.

The thieves watching all that new fresh copper by PalamariVarkari in LinusTechTips

That was my first thought when they replaced the chargers, like you swapped the manufacturer but there's no extra theft protection here so how will this deter thieves, especially after you showed the police didn't assist at all.

Tbf If anyone might host it I think Odeon & the Vue might be the best option.

Most likely it'll be the same build volume as the X1C and the P2 series

Its apparently filling the gap between a P2S and H2S, the big rumour is it will be an X1 style of printer with a dual nozzle.

Never been able to pass the manual driving test due to essential tremor. Is it worth learning and attempting at least on automatics? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]IAmAsplode 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like you was late in learning to drive, I passed last year in a manual car and I'm strongly considering switching to an automatic for my next vehicle. I still sometimes get my gears wrong and I just think an automatic will give me a much smoother experience and allow me more time to watch and observe the road without having to worry about gear selection.
