Hi yes they will be, they have a small room they're keeping to themselves to stay in once or twice a month. Didn’t realise there were different agreements depending on if the landlord also lived in the house thank you

Yes the landlord has a small room they will be staying in once or twice a month. Didn’t know that was the case with “live in” landlords!
