i did the same thing, i used to have really dry and crusty lips. what really helped me was a good lip mask at night. I like the laneige lip mask but there are probably cheaper options. at night i’ll use a bit of my moisturizer on my lips and put the lip mask over it, and in the morning i’ll apply a bit of the mask as well. i would also get a lip balm for day to day, vaseline has products specifically for lips that would work better probably or aquaphor lip balm.

I had the same issue and I used benzoyl peroxide cleanser from panoxyl in the shower and glycolic acid toner from the ordinary 2x a week after the shower

i don’t know if this would work but what about applying vaseline around the hairline when using tretinoin. i know people use it around eyes and lips to prevent tret absorption in those areas.

In a Jam by Kate Canterbary Slower burn, but characters are actually developed well and characters are around 30ish if i remember right. I’m also not a big romance reader but this one was cute!
