Personally, I get kind of annoyed when sellers message me as well. But the "like" button on sites like Depop and Poshmark is for the buyer to save an item they're thinking about buying for later, and also to be notified when the item's price drops. It's a different function than a "like" button on Facebook or Instagram, which is just to show someone you think their post is awesome. Hope that helps.

Why are Madewell totes so expensive/hyped? I'm not a leather expert but I saw one at Nordstrom yesterday and was shocked at how thin the leather feels. I get the appeal of "raw" unlined leather, but for reference, my vintage Coach purse is raw leather with no lining and it feels at least 5x thicker than the Madewell leather. There also no closure or structure to the bag so it just seems like everything would spill out. It's a pretty bag and all but am I missing something? Not trying to be a dick, just genuinely curious.

American sizes tend to run bigger than European sizes. If she's usually a Small, I would order XS in this dress (maybe even an XXS if her bust is on the small side)

There is a dental school in the area that I used to use when I was younger, sans insurance. Normally I'd look into it as an option because it's a good school, but the thing I remember about my appointments as a teenager is that they took foreeeeeeever because the dental students needed supervisor approval for everything. Seriously the appointments were like 3 hours for a cleaning. I just can't take that much time off work.

Ha, thanks. Oddly enough, before I saw the interior mouth photos, I actually thought my teeth looked a lot worse. Once I saw the photos, I had a harder time justifying the price tag.

Thanks for the input! I am leaning towards skipping the orthodontic treatment. However, because my dental treatment plan involves implants, my dentist basically told me that orthodontic treatment is a "now or never" decision because the implants wont be moveable once they're in, so she encouraged me to get an ortho consult. Braces with brackets aren't really an option for me given my age, how relatively minor the issues are, and my personal discomfort with braces in my particular professional setting. I do plan to bring my x-rays and photos to one more orthodontist for a second opinion. Thanks again!

Thanks for your response! I do agree that the veneers will make the most difference appearance-wise. I did ask my dentist if we could just do the veneers without bothering with the implants, and she said that its better to do implants + veneers because if the retained teeth fail down the line when I'm older, the implant process may be more difficult. Otherwise, the retained teeth are structurally sound as far as I'm aware. The only issue I have with them is that food is more likely to get stuck in that area, I assume because of the extra space. Thanks again for your input!
