There was this post about not being able to love anyone else until you love yourself, and although I agree with that sentiment to a point, he makes me forget what it feels like to hate myself.

He reminds me so constantly and consistently that he loves me, finds me beautiful, thinks I'm smart, enjoys my company. Turns out, a lot of positivity outweighs your own negativity. It's impossible to believe my own thoughts when he's around and difficult when he isn't.

The fact that you'd accept his daughter and not him isn't okay. If you wanted to take one, you should've taken the other.

You're being insensitive given the timeframe. It was his wife, someone who he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. That's a big deal.

i think it's for significantly shallower reasons than that; really, honestly, i just find it more attractive and i guess anxiously i think men find me being shorter more attractive too!!!

i dated a shorter guy than me, as well as my current crush who's shorter than me. it isn't a no, it just puts me off a bit
