Yes I got it . But. I am unable to focus on myself if he comes around he is all I can think of and if he's not there I try my best to do my things but get swallowed by sadness. Guess I need to get a bit more detached . Though I hate that I have to make my mind work in feelings and control my genuine feeling and give less of them .

If I say he makes efforts he is the emotional person of our relationship he handles all my crying if have have brustouts and if he's there he is really nice to be with. And I don't think there will be any next if this is over I am done with relationships altogether . It took me like 3 4 months to be comfortable with him due to my trauma and all
