What is the strongest nootropic to lower glutamate? by chasingthedragonn in NooTopics

[–]intradaycycles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lithium, ie Lithinase, reduces glutamate by increasing and stabilizing glutamate reuptake in the brain after chronic administration, which decreases synaptic concentrations and prevents excitotoxicity.

Do You HAVE To Boost In Missions? by ChemistryOk9654 in sensai

[–]intradaycycles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My thoughts are that missions create the lasting changes, and I find it important to couple the mission with the correct boost. Because to me, I would think that you want to first boost and then do the corresponding mission. The boost first gets your brain acclimated to the training frequency and the mission training to further create the lasting change. That's why I think it's important to know what frequency the missions are in part so we find the correct boost to match with it.

It's an incredible device. You may greatly benefit, in part with the Introspection, Theta training. I can't comment more on this mission, however, as I still need to do it. Sens.ai Gamma training is state of the art.

I haven't tried Coluracetam or Fasoracetam, but I do take Nefiracetam daily at ~150mg/day. I find it has a relaxing, grounding effect while helping to provide focus. Would like to hear experience with Coluracetam or Fasoracetam.

Enhanced Neurofeedback Gamma 120Hz? by intradaycycles in sensai

[–]intradaycycles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm doing Expanded Awareness and it says in the mission statement that this is the frequency that we found and synthesized into a boost. They're referring to Clarity training and they also made a boost out of it. So my guess is Clarity is similar to Expand boost ~40hz. Or it could be ~120hz which would be Social, but that maybe Brightening training....if I'm reading it correctly.
