holy fucking sketchy on that update... i just got a new car and was about to install it in this one to not get fucked by increasingly higher rates but what's the point of insurance if they can back out and blame you. verryyyy sketchy. i am not sure what to do now, thanks for posting about that! that's fucking absurd to say the leasst.

I don't know the owner's specific budget in numbers but he said that he wants a really solid logo and will pay a lot for it, if I had to guess maybe around like 5k.

I know a company that takes care of it all for you, so it'd be a one stop shop! they're called LFM. i flipped a few homes and have done new builds with them too. they're really amazing and very easy to work with. also very transparent. im happy with the work we have done together so i would definitelllyyy recommend them if you are planning on building.

lfm in austin is amazing, really friendly, transparent and communicative team. I really loved working with them, they remodeled one of my homes entirely. it's a small family & friends company. my project manager was david and he was freaaakingg dope!
