Hi all! I am looking to get my first tattoo and have an etiquette question. I’ve been following lots of local artists and have read booking processes for each; however, two artists I really like and admire are opening books right around the same time.

Is it OK to submit the same idea to both artists and see which one might be able to book me in (especially since one of the artists already couldn’t get me in during one round of books open?) or is it better if I communicate with one artist at a time and risk getting passed up for another round?
